Citadel has appointed Nathan Perrone from multi-strategy rival Millennium as its new Chief Compliance Officer for its global equities and Ashler Capital businesses – two of the firm’s four fundamental long/short strategies – according to a report by eFinancial Careers.
Perrone spent five and a half years in equities advisory compliance at Millennium, and prior to that, a similar tenure at UBS, advising on algorithmic trading compliance.
In 2019, Citadel tapped Millennium’s Michael Loughney for the same position that Perrone now holds. Loughney has served as Chief Compliance Officer of Citadel APAC since 2023.
