Intertrust, a specialist in providing expert administrative services to clients operating and investing in the international business environment, is opening of a new office in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
Intertrust has been active in the UAE for over 17 years and services a growing number of international and GCC multinationals. The Abu Dhabi office, led by Managing Director of UAE, Patricia ‘t Hart-van Rooijen, will enable Intertrust to provide its clients with access to the ADGM’s independent regulatory framework and a variety of legal structures including its Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
