London-based multi-manager hedge fund platform Falcon Investment Management has launched a new open-ended fund providing family offices with access to a hedge fund strategy previously reserved for large institutions.
The Cayman-domiciled fund is designed to provide income opportunities with monthly distributions and quarterly liquidity. It is available for a limited time to a select group of investors, who will join as strategic partners.
Benny Menashe, Founder and Managing Partner at Falcon, described the firm’s approach as combining “a private debt investment approach with a hedge fund-style strategy”.
Falcon offers regulatory compliance consultation, regulatory authorisation, operational support, risk management and legal guidance to hedge funds and asset managers, according to its website.
The firm was established in 2014 and is led by Menashe and Sandeep Shah, Head of Risk.
