Hiromichi Otsu (ex-Bear Stearns AM, Commerz, Russell, Nikko AM) has joined AXA Rosenberg Investment Management in Tokyo as a fund of hedge funds product specialist. Following news that Zoe Cruz has launched her USD200 million Voras Capital Management hedge fund, Jianlin Liu (also ex-Morgan Stanley) has been chosen to manage the Hong Kong office. Ho Han Ming, a partner at law firm Clifford Chance, will take over as chairman of the Singapore chapter of the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) this October.
