Blackstone Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund has raised approximately $106.5m through the sale of unregistered limited partnership units, bringing the fund’s aggregate transactional net asset value (NAV), including related parallel vehicles, to $276.9m as of 30 September 2026, according to a report by Investing.com citing a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The transactions, completed on 1 October, comprised $96.57m in Class I-F units, $8.85m in Class I units and $1.05m in Class N units. No sales were recorded across other unit classes during the period.
The fundraising forms part of a continuous private placement available to accredited investors who also qualify as qualified purchasers under US securities regulations.
Blackstone reported transactional NAV per unit of $25.50 for Class I-F, $25.48 for Class I, $25.47 for Class D and Class N, and $25.46 for Class S as of 30 September.
The fund uses transactional NAV to determine subscription and redemption pricing, which may differ from valuations calculated under US generally accepted accounting principles.
The offering was conducted under exemptions from securities registration requirements, with the fund’s limited partnership units remaining unlisted on public exchanges.
