Citadel, the $58bn multi-strategy hedge fund major founded by Ken Griffin, has appointed Rupee Yadav, a Partner at Goldman Sachs, as its new Head of Electronic Trading, according to a report by eFinancial Careers.
Yadav will be based in Citadel's New York office.
Yadav has joined Citadel after spending the last five months on gardening leave. He left Goldman Sachs last November, just 11 months after being made a Partner at the bank.
