RQD* Clearing, LLC (RQD), a correspondent clearing services provider, has added Tom Miglis, former Chief Information Officer of Citadel and current Investment Partner at Nyca Partners, to its Board of Directors.

The appointment follows the completion of a Series A financing round led by Nyca Partners and ABN Amro Clearing Investments.

Miglis, who spent almost 14 years with Citadel in two stints between 2001 and 2016, is a specialist in integrating technology with trading systems to improve market efficiency.
