Janet Olsen, who served as senior vice president, HR business partnering, North America & Caribbean at The Citco Group Limited, has joined Opus Fund Services as global head of human resources.

Reporting to Robin Bedford, CEO, Olsen will be based in Opus' Halifax, Canada office, where she will focus on refining and executing the company’s strategy, corporate culture, and leadership initiatives.

Olsen worked at Citco for 11 years, progressing from HR partner, to senior vice president of HR business partnering. Prior to Citco, she worked at Novartis, a multinational pharmaceutical corporation, and Expertise Limited.

Opus currently employs over 270 people in offices across Bermuda, Canada, Ireland, Mauritius, Philippines, and the United States.
