Apex Group has appointed Dr Ryan Lemand as a Non-Executive Director of FundRock Investment Management Services (ME) Ltd (FundRock Middle East).
Lemand brings decades of financial services experience including as the former Senior Executive Officer and Board Director of ADS Investment Solutions, the ADSS Group's Wealth and Asset Management Company, which he launched and grew to become one of the largest companies in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
Prior to this, he was the Senior Advisor and Head of Risk Management at the Emirates Securities & Commodities Authority, the UAE’s federal securities regulator. He previously held the role of Lead Portfolio Manager at Fortis Investments in Europe, where he was responsible for managing a EUR14.6-billion portfolio of assets.
FundRock Middle East offers third-party ManCo services, complemented by a wide range of fund administration, middle office, banking, depositary and custody services offered through the Apex Group.
