In a separate development, the Zurich-based fund of hedge funds company, which currently manages in excess of USD 3.1 billion in assets, has received approval for the distribution in Switzerland of the Belmont (LUX) - Multi-Strategy Fund, an alternative fund of hedge funds in the legal structure of a SICAV (Société d'investissement à capital variable) part II under the Law of Luxembourg and domiciled in Luxembourg. Representative and investment manager of the fund is Harcourt Investment Consulting AG, while the paying agent is Credit Suisse, Zurich. The fund prospectus, the fund articles as well as the available annual and semi-annual reports can be obtained free of charge from Harcourt at Stampfenbachstrasse 48 in Zurich. The Belmont (LUX) - Multi-Strategy Fund is investing the majority of its assets in a portfolio of hedge funds pursuing different styles and different strategies.
