Omega Systems, a managed service provider to the hedge funds industry, has acquired Amnet Technology Solutions and Cloudpath, providing clients of both firms with access to Omega's portfolio of managed IT, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance services.

In addition to Amnet’s core managed services business, Omega has invested in Cloudpath’s multi-cloud connectivity platform, which provides customers with a secure connection to public cloud and SaaS providers including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.

Founded in 1995, Amnet supports customers across multiple verticals including financial services, professional services, life sciences and maritime transportation.
