High Flyers Investment Management, which recently added Yang Yang Yunhao to its ranks after the former head of high frequency trading strategy at rival firm Shanghai Ruitian Investment won a court battle with his former employer, is looking to hire more quants and engineers, according to a report by eFinancial Careers.

Of the 16 open positions currently posted on the firm's careers site, nine are classified as urgent. While the firm is predominantly look for quant researchers and engineers, it also has open positions for both a recruitment manager and operations manager.

The firm has also launched a 'Stars of the Future' recruitment initiative to attract younger talent with "various" positions available, including junior engineers and interns within that division alone.
