Hong Kong stocks are back in favour with JP Morgan Chase & Co's hedge fund clients, according to a report by Bloomberg, with the Wall Street Bank having revealed in a note this week that hedge funds are buying again after a sell-off lasting over a year.
The report also says that JP Morgan has reported a stabilisation of flows in mainland China too, with stock purchases to cover short positions being offset by fall in 'bullish wagers in the east few weeks'.
