Infini, the Hong Kong-based multi-manager hedge fund firm founded by former Morgan Stanley banker Tony Chin, has upped its roster of portfolio managers to 10, and is planning to add additional staff, according to a report by Reuters.
The report cites unnamed sources with knowledge of ten matter as highlighting that the firm has been busy recruiting senior staff on the non-trading side too.
Recent arrivals include Jennifer Wong who joined the business in September from Pinpoint as Head of IR, Stephanie Chen who joined as Chief Risk Officer from Dymon Asia, and Connie Phillips as Chief Financial Officer from BFAM. Cora Ang meanwhile, has taken up the role of General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer from Hillhouse.
Infini has also appointed a new COO David Leahy, a former Managing Director at JP Morgan.
