Link Fund Solutions, part of Link Asset Services, has appointed Andrew Lelliott to the post of Head of Transfer Agency.
The appointment reflects Link’s continued strategy to grow within the UK transfer agency market, building upon its strength in transfer agency and registrar services, as part of the company’s wider fund services offered in Europe.
Lelliott joins from Northern Trust where he was Senior Vice President responsible for the significant growth of their transfer agency business in the UK. Prior to this and with 31 years’ experience in financial services, Lelliott has worked for IFDS (now DST), Schroder Investment Management, PBA management consultants and Barclays Bank plc.
Link Fund Solutions offers industry-leading services to traditional and alternative funds in the UK, Ireland and Jersey. As one of Europe’s largest independent AIFMs and fund ManCos, the company manages GBP65 billion of fund assets. It also provides Transfer Agency services to 189 funds in excess of GBP60 billion AUA.
