Tod Bomberg is MAG Capital's new Head of Structured Equity with responsibility for all portfolio investment transaction origination, diligence, structuring and negotiation.

Bomberg joins MAG from UBS Investment Banking where he served as an Executive Director of their Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Los Angeles, California. Previously he worked in the Los Angeles offices of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities, and McKinsey & Company, having begun his career as an associate at the law firm of Latham & Watkins.

Bomberg graduated Magna Cum Laude from Carleton College in Minnesota before attending law school at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Order of the Coif.
