Maples and Calder, the Maples Group's law firm, has relocated one of its experienced Funds & Investment Management Partners – Dan Beckett – from its Cayman Islands office to London. 

Beckett, who has been with the firm for over 14 years and advises on the formation of both open-ended and private equity funds as well as on-going legal and regulatory compliance and general maintenance of all kinds of alternative investment funds, will work closely with Harjit Kaur who leads the London Funds & Investment Management practice. He will also collaborate with the firm's other London practice groups which include Corporate, Dispute Resolution & Insolvency, Finance and Trusts.
