The report cites unnamed sources familiar with the matter as revealing that the two are among a small group in the Asia sell-side space who provided strategic advice to long-only and hedge fund clients for companies involved in corporate actions. Before joining UFP, the pair had previously worked together at Religare Capital and Churchill Capital.
