Edward Black has joined London-based M.W. Cornish, Solicitors.

Black is a Financial Services law and regulation specialist with extensive experience. He is particularly well-known in the commodities and derivatives sectors advising a client base of derivatives and commodities houses, online financial service providers, stockbrokers, capital markets customers, corporate finance houses and investment managers.

Black is a New York attorney as well as an English solicitor and has particular experience in dealing with international financial services regulatory matters.

He has served on the Compliance Steering Group of the Futures and Options Association and the City of London Law Society Financial Services Regulatory Sub-Committee as well as participating in the US Futures Industry Association.
