Pioneer Alternative Investments (PAI) has grown its Fund of Hedge Funds research team with the appointment of Josh Hall as Senior Operational Due Diligence Analyst. Pioneer Alternative Investments (PAI) has grown its Fund of Hedge Funds research team with the appointment of Josh Hall as Senior Operational Due Diligence Analyst.

Hall joins from Strategic Value Partners, LLC where he was Controller of the Private Equity Division. Prior to Strategic Value Partners, LLC he held the role of Controller, Private Equity Fund of Funds at Swiss Re Private Equity Advisors, Inc (New York) and spent three years at Deloitte and Touche. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (magna cum laude) in Accounting from University at Albany, New York.

As Senior Operational Due Diligence Analyst, Hall will be responsible for analysing and assessing the operational risks of all targeted investments for PAI's fund of hedge fund portfolios. He is a Member of New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Hall will report directly to Vincent Vandenbroucke, Global Head of Operational Due Diligence for PAI and will be based in the company's New York office.
