Portware, a provider of broker-neutral multi-asset trading solutions, has announced its integration with direct access broker-dealer Genesis Securities, which has become a certified destination within Portware's scalable algorithmic trading platform.

The agreement will allow Portware's clients to benefit from high-speed execution, integrated fast market data and co-location data centre from Genesis, provider of the proprietary Laser Trading Platform.

Portware's suite of products includes a trading platform which supports foreign exchange, single stock, portfolio, programme, pairs and index trading coupled with a black-box algorithmic engine, the Portware Strategy Server, which offers a customisable central trade portal from which to conduct a comprehensive range of trade activity.

Since its launch in 2000, the company has seen its solutions implemented at more than 100 firms worldwide including quantitative hedge funds, traditional asset management firms and sell-side programme trading desks.
