Managers with illiquid or hard-to-value fixed income securities in their portfolios can now use independent evaluations from Standard & Poor's Securities Evaluations (SPSE), a wholly owned subsidiary of The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc.

With increasing demand for more consistency in the monitoring of portfolios and accurate N.A.V. calculations, there is a need to end the use of out-of-date prices to value illiquid fixed income securities.
