Redwheel (formerly RWC Partners), has appointed Jane Nicholls as head of business development based in London, with effect from 30 August and will be based in London.
Redwheel (formerly RWC Partners), has appointed Jane Nicholls as head of business development based in London, with effect from 30 August.
Nicholls will lead Redwheel’s global sales, marketing and client-facing operations and will be responsible for accelerating and broadening the firm’s strategic business plans, with a focus on the commercial development of new and existing investment teams and capabilities. Reporting to Tord Stallvik, CEO, Nicholls will also be a member of the Executive Committee at Redwheel.
Nicholls replaces Tord Stallvik, who stepped up to the role of CEO in 2021.
Nicholls has more than 20 years’ experience in the asset management industry with a proven track record of developing successful strategic initiatives and building industry-leading businesses globally, spanning institutional and wholesale asset management. She joins from abrdn, where she was Global Head of ESG Client Strategy and previously, Global COO and ESG head, Distribution. Prior to that, Jane was group strategy director at Challenger Group and has held several other roles including at Crestone Wealth Management and JP Morgan Asset Management.
