Quintillion has been appointed by Absolute Return Partners LLP (ARP) to provide administration services to the ARP Halkin Mortgage Funds PLC, which launched on 21 September 2011.

The fund seeks to achieve capital appreciation and income on portfolios of Danish private market second lien residential mortgage loans and has been incorporated as an umbrella investment company with segregated sub funds in Ireland.

Absolute Return Partners LLP have appointed Halkin ARP Capital P/S, as investment advisor, to advise it on the acquisition of individual loans and portfolio construction. Halkin ARP, a Copenhagen based partnership, focuses on investment strategies in the private markets.
