Alter Domus, a provider of outsourced administration services, has opened an office in Mauritius.
Alter Domus (Mauritius) is a joint venture established between the Alter Domus Group and Altima Group, a Mauritius-based conglomerate.
The new office will provide corporate management services and fund administration services to multinational corporations and alternative investment funds in the region.
Alter Domus will now be present in nine of the principle jurisdictions worldwide, offering its clients services that support accounting, regulatory and compliance requirements of legal entities locally established.
Dominique Robyns, chief executive of Alter Domus Group, says: “Always guided by the evolving needs of our portfolio of clients, we pursue our international development. Mauritius is an important jurisdiction for many of our clients, and therefore, it was important for us to have the possibility to help them in this region too.”
Established originally in Luxembourg, Alter Domus has expanded to Cyprus, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, Jersey, the Netherlands, a representative office in New York, and now to Mauritius.
