Aquiline will provide growth capital to fund HedgeServ's development and expansion. HedgeServ uses a new technology platform to provide its clients with access to the real-time information required to run their businesses, from trading and managing risk through providing information to investors and regulators. The company is led by James Kelly and Gene Mannella, founders of International Fund Services, and Robert Aaron, founder of DPM.
