With the addition of these new members, more than 3,100 financial service industry professionals around the world have earned the CAIA designation. "We enthusiastically welcome this distinguished cohort of CAIA designees who through exceptional perseverance have demonstrated their professional commitment to the alternative industry," says Craig Asche, executive director. "Performance results over the last year have only furthered the rationale for incorporating alternative investment vehicles into one's portfolio. But to do so intelligently requires a deep and comprehensive understanding of the unique risk and return attributes associated with these investments. Nothing speaks to that understanding as forcefully as the four letters CAIA. As is the case with all our membership, this latest class of inductees has set itself apart from their industry peers; an accomplishment that will remain with each and every one throughout their professional career."
