Malta-based Custom House Global Fund Services has been appointed to act as the full service administrator of the funds managed by Efficient Capital Management of Illinois, US.
"After a very careful due diligence process we became convinced that Custom House could satisfy the demands of our fund structure. Given the depth of its infrastructure and its reputation in the industry, we are pleased to select Custom House to provide the administrative services to our funds,” says Ernest Jaffarian, president and chief executive of Efficient Capital Management, the manager of the Efficient Funds.
Dermot Butler (pictured), chairman of Custom House, adds: "Efficient is a prestigious client and, we are delighted to have won this mandate. It is a recognition of our attentive client service, efficiency, and ability to offer daily NAVs.”
Custom House currently produces daily dealing NAVs for 200 out of the 600 funds that they act for, including sub-funds, managed accounts and managed account platforms.
