Drawbridge Partners, a cybersecurity consulting firm specialising in the needs of hedge fund and private equity managers, has appointed Viktor Tadijanovic as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
In this role, Tadijanovic will oversee the company’s overall technology strategy and lead the engineering, product and customer engagement teams.
With deep expertise in the financial services sector, Tadijanovic brings more than 20 years of IT governance, technology architecture, platform development and corporate strategy experience to Drawbridge. Tadijanovic most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer at Abacus Group and was responsible for corporate development initiatives. As a founding member of Abacus Group in 2009, Tadijanovic was the principal architect of the company’s hosted IT platform and served as Chief Technology Officer overseeing the firm’s technology direction until he assumed the CSO role in 2018.
“Viktor has the rare combination of technology expertise, extensive industry experience, and the required business acumen to help financial services firms establish the most robust and proactive cybersecurity defense. The entire Drawbridge Partners team is thrilled to welcome him to our executive leadership team,” says Jason Elmer, Managing Partner at Drawbridge Partners. “Our clients face increased regulatory pressure and a constant threat of security breaches, and Viktor’s technology leadership will be critical as we expand Drawbridge’s product and application portfolio, to help these clients meet their most sophisticated cybersecurity challenges.”
“Investment firms today recognise that cybersecurity is a board level issue and to properly address it, they need a trusted partner that has a firm handle on the evolving technology and regulatory landscape,” says Tadijanovic, Chief Technology Officer at Drawbridge Partners. “Drawbridge is uniquely positioned to help these firms; their impressive growth and established team are a testament to the power of their offerings. I’m excited to join an executive leadership team that demonstrates such vision and expertise and is constantly focused on how to work with clients to deliver measurable business value.”
