Multi-strategy hedge fund major ExodusPoint Capital Management has strengthened its London equities operation with the appointment of Jade Beckmann as an equity trader, according to a report by The Trade.
Beckmann joins from Pictet Asset Management, where she spent around three years trading equities in the London-based team.
Her move adds further trading experience to ExodusPoint’s European operation as the hedge fund continues to develop its presence across London’s highly competitive buy-side market.
Before joining Pictet, Beckmann spent more than a year at Bloomberg, where she held a number of roles spanning equity-focused financial products, analytics and sales.
She began her career at Bloomberg in Hong Kong in 2020, working across analytics and sales before subsequently moving into an equity specialist role within the company’s financial products business.
She later moved into sales at Bloomberg before joining Pictet Asset Management.
ExodusPoint reportedly had not commented on the appointment at the time of publication.
