Gemini Fund Services, a provider of pooled investment solutions, is extending its hedge fund solutions offering with a new Webinar series aimed at helping advisers better position themselves in a changing market and regulatory environment.

The series is an extension of Gemini's broad range of turnkey administration services for hedge funds.

The series will address a number of issues facing hedge fund managers today, including starting a mutual fund, partnering with a prime broker, and upcoming regulation of the hedge fund industry.

Gemini's hedge fund offering includes assisting clients with fund administration, compliance and regulatory advisory services. It provides services for offshore funds as well as domestic partnerships. Gemini administers a variety of strategies, ranging from distressed debt and asset backed securities, to foreign equity and private placements. Gemini also services hedge funds that directly purchase mortgage loans and properties, enabling the funds to serve as lenders amid tight credit conditions.
