RWC Partners, a privately owned asset management company headquartered in London, has selected the Charles River Investment Management Solution (Charles River IMS) to streamline its front to middle office investment processes.
Portfolio managers, traders, compliance, and operational teams will use the centralised platform to manage their institutional portfolios, with data provided by Charles River’s Investment Book of Record (IBOR) and Enterprise Data Management (EDM) capabilities.
“Consolidating nine portfolio management desks onto a single investment management platform was the priority, and Charles River IMS gives us the flexibility to do this,” says Nigel Hill, Head of IT and Operations, RWC Partners. “We also wanted to eliminate manual workflows and improve data accuracy to help further reduce operational risk and costs.”
“For investment managers to make sound decisions in real-time, they require timely and accurate information,” says Gavin Lavelle (pictured), Managing Director EMEA, Charles River. “Charles River’s IBOR and EDM capabilities deliver a complete data foundation for the front office and help ensure consistent management of positions and cash.”
