Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP has appointed Eric A.Bensky, Jennifer Dunn, Christopher S.Harrison and David J Karp as partners. The firm has also promoted James T Bentley, Michael G Cutini, Farzad F Damania, William I Friedman, Frank J LaSalle, James Nicoll and Leonora M Shalet to special counsel.
 

Bensky is resident in the firm’s Washington, DC office. The other new partners and special counsel are located in the firm’s New York office. Karp is resident in both the New York and London offices.
