The SS&C GlobeOp Forward Redemption Indicator for January 2019 measured 2.70 per cent, down from 4.86 per cent in December.
“SS&C GlobeOp’s Forward Redemption Indicator of 2.70 per cent for January of 2019 reflects a year-over-year increase from the 2.20 per cent reported for the same period a year ago for January 2018,” says Bill Stone (pictured), Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, SS&C Technologies. “Redemptions and related data points have fluctuated since market volatility ramped up this past fall, but have remained generally favourable.”
“Noting that some of the factors contributing to this volatility have eased in recent weeks, including concerns over trade, corporate earnings, and Federal Reserve policy, we will be closely monitoring redemptions for any new directional trend.”
