UMB Fund Services, Inc. (UMBFS), a subsidiary of UMB Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: UMBF), added three new clients in the third quarter of 2011.
The new clients are: Chartwell Investment Partners; Ramius Trading Strategies LLC; and Transparent Value Advisors, LLC.
Two clients have mutual funds in the Investment Managers Series Trust co-sponsored by UMBFS and Mutual Fund Administration Corporation; one of these is a managed futures fund with an offshore component serviced by UMBFS’ alternative investments division, JD Clark & Company. The third client is receiving services from the company’s recently acquired Managed Account Solutions division.
Also during the third quarter, UMB Fund Services began servicing five new funds started by existing clients. These include: Luminous Capital’s LC Real Estate Opportunities Fund, and LC Special Opportunities Fund; PCM Funds’ PCM SQ Opportunity; and Scout Investments’ Scout Unconstrained Bond Fund.
