Harvey (pictured), who will be resident in the firm's Boston office, was previously a partner and co-chair of the investment management practice group at WilmerHale.

Harvey focuses his practice on the investment management industry, working with major investment managers and other financial institutions and with independent mutual fund directors. He has extensive experience with all sectors of the US market, including SEC-registered open- and closed-end funds, private funds, hedge funds, and separate managed accounts.
