Troy Hottenstein joined RG Capital Management in early October to pursue event-driven opportunities with RG Capital Management's strategies.

RG Capital Management invests in convertible arbitrage and related strategies.   Hottenstein has fourteen years of experience in the investment community, and was head of the UBS US Equity Arbitrage and Event Driven desk from 2000-2005.  Prior to joining UBS in 1998, he was a Portfolio Manager at Comstock Partners.

Based in Bala Cynwyd, PA, RG Capital's team of 21 manages USD y470+ million in convertible arbitrage and related strategies that seek to exploit mis-pricing based on volatility, credit, event-driven, capital structure, stock/credit correlations, long/short pairs, and special situations opportunities.
