PCE Investors, the London-based investment management platform, has appointed Lorraine Lyons to spearhead capital raising for its managers.

Lyons, who will report to Patric de Gentile Williams, the CEO of PCE, brings with her over seven years experience of the hedge fund sector, most recently as Marketing Manager at Dawnay Day International.

Lyons will work with the management team to develop the existing marketing capability and assemble a dedicated team. This team will assist many of the hedge fund managers at PCE in all aspects of capital raising and client relations.

She started her hedge fund career at Park Place Capital where she worked with Giuseppe Ciardi, prior to joining Joseph Sassoon at ACP Partners LLP and subsequently, INVESCO Global where she had responsibility for marketing, developing and structuring Invesco's first hedge fund, the INVESCO Absolute Return Fund.

PCE provides new and existing investment managers with comprehensive, flexible infrastructure services to include compliance, risk management, operations, technology and marketing. As of March 2006, assets under management stood at USD 350 million.
