RBC BlueBay Asset Management (RBC BlueBay) has appointed Fleur Dilton-Hill as Director of Business Development for the Middle East. Dilton-Hill will be based in London and report to Abhi Jain, Managing Director, Head of UK, Ireland, and the Middle East.

Dilton-Hill has over fifteen years’ experience working with Middle East and UK institutional clients and most recently worked as an Associate Director for the Middle East & Africa Institutional team at Fidelity International where she was responsible for sales and building client relationships. She also previously worked at Orbis Investments where she managed relationships with investment consultants and UK institutional clients.

Dilton-Hill holds a degree in Biological Sciences from University of Oxford (BA Hons), and a master’s in Biotechnology for Emerging Economies from the University of Sussex (MSc). She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst with the CFA Institute.
