The San Francisco Employees’ Retirement System (SFERS) has appointed Donald Holcher to the newly-created position of managing director of alternative investments and real estate.
In addition, SFERS has also named Rpbert Shaw as Managing Director of Equities and Fixed Income. Together, Holcher and Shaw will lead the private and public market areas of the retirement system’s Investments Division.
